
This FREE session will give you a better understanding of:
- People are People: Awareness and understanding of diverse sexuality and genders, not unintentionally cause offence, and how to contribute to community safety and wellbeing as no-one should feel isolated due to misunderstandings.
- Mindfulness and Improving Your Mood: How to lift your mood when things are getting you down, including practical strategies such as mindfulness.

- Hunter Medical Research Institute, Haggarty and Cameron Rooms. Level 4, Lot 1, Kookaburra Circuit, New Lambton Heights (on the John Hunter Hospital campus)
Does it cost?
- No. This session is absolutely free.
- However, this is a ticketed event. We have limited capacity so make sure you register your spot below.
- This workshop will include a 1-hour lunch break, complimentary tea and coffee will be provided, along with a light lunch.

Free parking is available at HMRI. If you are coming with a friend or family member, we would encourage attendees to carpool where possible.
